Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Game Integrity

• Registering more than one account, or accessing any account that is not registered in your own name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bgd8, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, sports betting syndicates, or any other format offered on bgd8.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. bgd8 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been used to place bets. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from any available balance.

Account Suspension and Termination

bgd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; a request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe when requested. Upon permanent closure, bgd8 will return any verified real-money balance to the player's designated withdrawal method, net of any amounts owed to bgd8, subject to completion of required verification checks.

Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under bgd8's Responsible Gaming Policy and result in a cooling-off period during which the account cannot be reopened. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

bgd8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the bgd8 website. Where changes are material, bgd8 will provide notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.
